The complex is being built on a landscaped area of 20,000 sq.m., consists of 7 blocks, which include residential blocks, a hotel, a health center, a spa, a water park, an entertainment area, etc.

Mardi Aquapark Wellness Resort is located in the heart of the balneological resort of Georgia on the Black Sea coast. This is a unique restorative microclimate of mountain air, sea breeze and greenery. For more than a century, Makhinjauri has been known for its mineral springs and balneotherapy. The city center is only 15 minutes away. 10 minutes to the healing hot springs, transfer to the springs can be ordered at the reception.
